Yoga “Unplugged” (Spring Cleaning for Body and Mind)
Unplug from your busy life style and tune into a more natural rhythm and way of being. Learn how to move and breathe with more awareness and ease. This class will teach you how to align your body and mind using both gentle flowing movement (vinyasa), as well as postures that are held in stillness. Learn how to recognize and release areas where you feel “stuck”, both in your body and beliefs. Finally, let go and unplug completely through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra to release deeply held patterns of tension from your body and mind. (Some previous yoga experience required)
