This class will help maintain balance in the body and the mind with gentle flowing asanas, strength exercises, and restorative poses for relaxation. Taking inspiration from pilates and resistance training, we will use props and light weights to develop the core, balance the pelvis and stabilize through the shoulders. We will integrate gentle flowing asanas and breath awareness throughout the class to maintain centred energy and an open heart.
