IMG_0885Learn and practice the art of mindfulness meditation in a supportive group.  We offer two weekly practice groups (sangha).  Both groups are offered at no charge.  However, donations are gratefully accepted to the Community of Christ Church for offering the meditation space and to World Accord, a Canadian charity working towards sustainable development in Nepal and Central America.

Tuesdays, 1:00-2:30pm,

We practice in the tradition of Plum Village
We practice different forms of mindfulness meditation including traditional sitting meditation, bell meditation, walking meditation and deep relaxation.  While inspired by the universal truth of the Buddhist teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, we are an inclusive group open to people of all faiths and traditions.  While participants will receive the most support and benefit by making a weekly commitment, we understand that life can get busy, so you are welcome to “drop-in” when you can.

Meditation and mindful inquiry rooted in the Insight tradition.  This is an open drop-in group.  No previous meditation experience needed.  All are welcome.
