Lenore Lindeman started practicing yoga regularly after a lower back injury in 2010. The only thing that really helped was yoga so she started doing it daily. She decided to do a 200 hour teacher training after about a year because she wanted to share yoga with the students at the alternative high school where she teaches.
Lenore has completed her pre-teacher training in Iyengar yoga under Sharoni Fixler and is currently working towards her Introductory Level I/II certification in the Iyengar tradition under Margo Kitchen. Lenore loves the awareness that yoga has created in her body and in life off the mat. She teaches what she knows and uses props to make postures accessible. She brings her knowledge from her teachers and her own daily practice into every class she teaches.
