Community Building

KT side stretchOur vision at Spirit in Motion Yoga is to create a vibrant yoga community (sangha) that brings people together to support each other in the practice of yoga and meditation, and other life enhancing practices.  We are committed to offering community classes and events that are inclusive and open to all regardless of their ability to pay.  To that end we support two weekly meditation groups as well as a monthly sat sang (chanting) group by donation.  All donations go towards the Community of Christ Church for providing the use of space, as well as metta for the teacher.  We also have a “pay what you can” policy for yoga students who are unemployed or in financial need.

Drop-in by donation:  Beginners and all levels of experience welcome.
